We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. Duties:-
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, including social media and job boards.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits, and training records.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft to streamline recruitment processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports.
- Engage with employees to promote HR programmes and initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
