Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 24 years of experience to assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. The ideal candidate will support the project management team in coordinating tasks, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure all project deadlines are met
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Track project performance and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies
  • Support risk management and change control processes
  • Maintain project dashboards and status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • PMP/CAPM certification is a plus (optional)
