The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand promotions, digital marketing activities, and market research to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for campaign materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
- Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing activities.
- Increase online visibility and brand engagement.
3. Branding & Promotions
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, trade shows, and BTL activities.
- Prepare brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
4. Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Support the development of new marketing strategies.
5. Sales Support
- Generate leads through campaigns and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing collateral.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (digital or offline).
- Freshers with strong marketing skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
