Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Automobile Process (BPO)

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our automobile process team in Belapur. The role involves engaging with potential customers, validating data, and generating quality leads for the automobile domain. This is a non-sales, non-target role, focused purely on lead research and data verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to share information about automobile services/products.
  • Generate, verify, and qualify leads as per process guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the lead database accurately.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Achieve daily/weekly productivity benchmarks (without sales pressure or targets).
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.

Requirements

  • HSC Pass
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM handling).
  • Ability to work in a structured process-driven environment.
  • Freshers are welcome.
