About the Role:

Agrawal Group of Publications (AGP) is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our fastest-growing BD team for Educart (CBSE 9-12, NEET & JEE segment) at our Agra HQ. You will work closely with the Managing Director in a structured, progressive environment with high exposure and significant responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate demand for new product launches through B2B channel partners; achieve minimum 15 orders/day.
  • Identify and convert at least 10 new clients per month through research and outreach.
  • Analyze sales data to identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure daily completion of TAT & PT (minimum 100 calls/day).
  • Capture payments & collect orders to maintain smooth sales pipeline.
  • Resolve daily B2B customer challenges regarding account management.
  • Prepare daily reports and achieve weekly & quarterly sales targets within deadlines.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Analytical Thinking: Interpret sales data and take informed business decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Convince clients effectively and close sales.
  • Process Oriented: Follow defined processes, KRAs, and SOPs diligently.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales, B2B Inside Sales, or Business Development (books/publication industry preferred).
  • Mindset: Ambitious, result-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven ability in client acquisition, handling, and relationship building.
  • Strong time & sales management, communication, and convincing skills.
