Job Summary:

The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of residential real estate projects through effective telesales management and on-site customer engagement. The role involves overseeing the telesales team, converting leads into site visits, managing walk-ins, and ensuring high conversion rates to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the telesales and site sales teams to achieve assigned sales targets.

Generate qualified leads through telesales campaigns, follow-ups, and referrals.

Coordinate and schedule client site visits; ensure excellent customer experience during visits.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Convert leads to bookings by effectively presenting project features, pricing, and benefits.

Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Train and motivate the telesales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Collaborate with marketing to align promotional activities and campaigns for lead generation.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2- 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with exposure to both telesales and on-site sales.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.

Excellent client-handling and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
