Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell services.

3. Conduct needs assessments and present customized digital marketing solutions to clients.

4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

5. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Sales:
Revenue Growth:
1. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets (100%).

2. Achieve a minimum of 10% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth.

Sales Productivity:
1. Average deal size (at least $X).

2. Sales cycle length (less than X days).

3. Conversion rate of leads to opportunities (at least X%).

Customer Acquisition and Retention:
1. Acquire a minimum of X new clients per quarter.

2. Maintain a client retention rate of at least X%.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.

3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

4. Excellent content creation, writing, and design skills.

5. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Marketing:
Brand Awareness:
1. Increase website traffic by at least quarter-over-quarter.

2. Boost social media followers by at least quarter-over-quarter.

Lead Generation:
1. Generate a minimum of leads per quarter through marketing campaigns.

2. Achieve a lead conversion rate of at least.

Campaign Performance:
1. Achieve a minimum campaign

2. Maintain a campaign click-through rate (CTR) of at least.
