Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to handle B2B industrial sales. The role involves managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding presence across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets
- Manage and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities in India and overseas markets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle exports, shipping documentation, and logistics
- Collect market intelligence and report trends to management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B2B sales experience in industrial/technical products
- Experience in Telecom, Polymers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Adhesives, Lubricants, Coatings, or Power Cable Inputs
- Exposure to export sales, international customer coordination, and logistics
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Science) with additional qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration preferred
