Key Responsibilities:

● Source, identify, and screen candidates for IT roles (Frontend, Backend

Developer, Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Full Stack, etc.).

● Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle—from requirement gathering

to offer rollout.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job

requirements.

● Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social platforms

to build strong talent pipelines.

● Conduct preliminary technical and HR screening to assess suitability.

● Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring panels, and ensure timely

feedback.

● Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

● Manage salary discussions, offer closure, and onboarding coordination.

● Build strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

● Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies.

● Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search,

and other sourcing tools.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.

● 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
