Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Food and Beverage Assistant located in Idukki. The role involves ensuring food and beverage service excellence, and maintaining high customer service standards. The Food and Beverage Assistant will also support the team in creating exceptional dining experiences that align with Sterling's commitment to hospitality excellence, while upholding hygiene and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Food Service and Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
  • Diploma or certification in hotel management or food and beverage services is preferred
