One of our leading client for working with a hospitality business is urgently looking for a Commi 1 and 2 for their **Kumili-Thekkdi-Munnar** located **4 **star and **5 **star hotels.

Education: Any Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field

Gender: Male

Experience: 1 plus years experience as a Commi 1 and 2. in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the food preparation process.
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
- Assisting other Chefs.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Idukki, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
