A newly opening 4-star resort in Thodupuzha is hiring a Commi 2 to support daily kitchen production across multiple cuisines. The ideal candidate should be skilled, hardworking, and able to follow recipes and standards consistently.

  • Assist chefs in food preparation for restaurant and banquet operations.
  • Handle a specific section (Indian / Continental / Tandoor / Curry / Breakfast).
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling practices.
  • Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and maintained during service.
  • Store ingredients properly and check freshness daily.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies.
  • Support Commi 1 and Sous Chef as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
