Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team head to lead our sales team in driving residential and commercial property sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of local property markets and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
