Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles to prospective customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and consultative selling techniques.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, including test drives and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present finance and insurance options where applicable.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and administrative processes in line with dealership and compliance standards.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, emails, or CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
