We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the interior design/fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through independent sales closures, handling a sales team, and ensuring both individual and team targets are achieved.

- Space Planning:
- Material and Finish Selection:
- Cost Estimation and Proposal:
- Project Coordination:
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interiors.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve group targets along with personal sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market reach in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present progress to senior management.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
