Preferring the candidates basically from Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the interior design/fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through independent sales closures, handling a sales team, and ensuring both individual and team targets are achieved.

  • Material and Finish Selection:
  • Cost Estimation and Proposal:
  • Project Coordination:
  • Sales-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interiors.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve group targets along with personal sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market reach in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present progress to senior management.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
