Are you a pro negotiator who knows how to get the best vendors, best rates, and best results?
Do you have a strong grip on BOQs, cost estimation, and vendor control?
We're looking for a Vendor Manager who can:
Source and manage vendors for interiors, civil, plumbing & allied works
Create detailed BOQs & cost estimates with accuracy
Negotiate competitive rates & control project expenses
Keep vendors in check so projects run smooth, on time & without surprises
Ensure site execution happens without vendors taking undue advantage
What we need from you:
5+ years' experience in interiors / construction vendor management
Solid hands-on knowledge of BOQs, pricing, rate analysis
Strong negotiation & cost control skills
On-ground project/vendor handling experience
If you're someone who can bring order, control, and value to our projects — we want you on our team.
