Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Marketing Executive (Bench Sales Recruitment) based in Hyderabad. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and executing sales plans. Responsibilities also include ensuring effective communication with clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and identifying potential new clients. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve recruitment goals.

KeyResponsibilities

  1. Source job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients.
  2. Submit bench consultants and negotiate competitive rates.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure consultant placements.
  4. Regularly interact with bench consultants to assess availability and career goals.
  5. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
  6. Manage preferred vendors and handle multi-layer submissions.
  7. Leverage vendor networks for consultant placements.
  8. Source requirements and candidates from major job portals:
    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Job Diva, email groups, networking platforms
    .
  9. Use
    ATS and VMS portals
    effectively.
  10. Demonstrate urgency, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or the technology sector is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
