The Position
*Insights Partner - Reimbursement Strategy (New Delhi)*
You will play an important role in the reimbursement strategy & key accounts providing important insights/analytics to the reimbursement strategy head and public account partners for appropriate decision making and implementation
*Your Opportunity*
- Data Management & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, playbook/toolkit for various sof (sources of funds) like RACE accounts, PSUs, Federal and State Government. And reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reimbursement and key account performance. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and quantify new business opportunities by analyzing trends in funding sources and market dynamics. Present a clear business case for new initiatives or changes in strategy
- Presentations & Communication: Prepare and deliver impactful analysis to key stakeholders, communicating complex findings
Work closely with HSP - Public account partners & PJPs, HSP access ( covering various reimbursement ecosystems) & Cluster Insights partners to collection of insights which includes
Insights on brand campaigns and their impacts in various SOFs
- TAE insights on brands, campaigns & connections at various SOFs
- Competitive insights
Patient, customer and payor insights
Mapping of patient journey SoF wise, key Account wise as per the disease areas and Clusters
- Preparation of the patient funnel for each ecosystem in the state/Centre
- Design customer and patient segmentations for each disease area and brands for customized messaging solutions in various SOFs and propose initiatives with relevance
- Create Influencer maps/ Heatmaps in the affiliate for different ecosystem and key accounts on each brands / disease areas
- Capture rare disease insights from the Clusters for the new portfolio projections
- Support customization of pricing and PAP solutions basis business case rationale( if needed for Clusters )
*Who you are*
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Healthcare/ Pharma marketing / Analytics
- 3 years in customer facing role with experience in market research, insighting experience
- Understanding of Super Speciality Business (like Oncology/Ophthalmology/Neurology)
- Understanding of various sources of Funds (Reimbursement accounts)
