Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the GRN process for all incoming stock and supplies.
  • Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of GRN data into the system.
  • Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor inward and outward goods movement to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and assist with vendor returns.
  • Ensure quality checks and report any damages, shortages, or mismatches.
  • Train and supervise receiving staff on proper procedures and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience preferably in FMCG or retail supermarkets.
  • Strong knowledge of GRN, inventory systems, and stock reconciliation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/POS systems, and documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Pay: ₹17, ₹18,000.00 per month
