Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations at our Agri Commodity Export facility. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with dispatch/inward/outward processes, and strong coordination skills to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise factory activities, including production, dispatch, inward, and outward materials.
  • Maintain daily records of goods received and dispatched.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely shipment and documentation.
  • Monitor manpower, ensure work discipline, and maintain productivity standards.
  • Maintain stock registers, Excel sheets, and basic accounting entries related to factory operations.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Report daily operations to management and support in routine factory administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
