The Factory Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that products meet the required standards of quality and compliance before they reach the customer. The Quality Supervisor leads a team of quality control inspectors and works closely with production staff to maintain and improve product quality.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for quality staff.
- Schedule and coordinate the activities of the quality team to meet production goals.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company documentation requirements.
- **Customer and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure products comply with all relevant regulations and customer specifications.
- Liaise with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions.
- Prepare for and participate in customer and regulatory audits.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints and issues.
- Analyze root causes of defects and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
