  • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask (speak and type simultaneously).
  • Basic understanding of customer service or financial processes preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency:

    Hindi/Urdu/Bangli(Native language level)

    English (CEFR C1/C2 level)
  • Crypto experience as a plus.
