Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Baroda Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about courses and services.
  • Maintain student inquiry and admission records, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the counselling and admission team for smooth student onboarding.
  • Manage front office operations including attendance records, fee receipts, and scheduling.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and student-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist/Customer Care role (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, courteous, and student-friendly approach.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.

Salary: 10000/- to 20000/- P.M (Salary will be negotiate as per candidate's exp. & skill)
