We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at The Leela, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve high performance levels.
