Summary:
The Wellness Retreats Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the growth of our wellness retreat offerings. This role requires a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Wellness Retreats Sales Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to wellness retreats sales, communication, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
- Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags.
- Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Duties & Functions:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our wellness retreats.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about our retreats, and close sales.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our wellness retreats.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices and product knowledge.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of retreat experiences to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in any 5 star Luxury Hotel Group.
- Strong understanding of the South Florida & overall US Hotel market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Wellness Retreats Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent
- Experience in International Trade and International Business
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Knowledge of different cultures and languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
