We, at , are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our global market expansion and client acquisition efforts. This role is unique, combining traditional sales with a strong focus on strategic digital marketing, partnership building, and B2B outreach across diverse international markets, including the USA, Americas, Europe, India, China, and the Asia/Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator skilled in leveraging professional digital channels and building meaningful industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a robust professional social media presence across platforms, notably LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
- Ensure regular, high-quality, professional posts, updates, and replies to maintain active engagement and brand authority.
- Manage the planning, posting, and monitoring of targeted advertisements on LinkedIn and X.
- Platform Specific Training: You will receive full training on how to effectively market and utilize our proprietary MyTradeZone platform.
2. B2B Publication & Advertising
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant B2B industry publications (both online and offline) and media outlets globally.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts at these publications.
- Strategically place targeted advertisements in selected business publications to maximize reach within our core industries.
3. Strategic Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive business growth and market access.
- Government associations
- Chambers of Commerce
- Trade show organizers
- Professional events organizers
- Actively pursue business development opportunities that expand our global footprint and client base.
4. Sales & Communication
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to closing deals with a worldwide target audience.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications and meetings.
5. Basic Marketing Collateral Creation
- Utilize basic graphic design knowledge and tools to create simple, professional marketing collateral (e.g., social media images, basic flyers, presentation enhancements) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency and a strong track record of using LinkedIn and X (Twitter) for professional marketing and sales purposes.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify strategic advertising opportunities.
- Some basic graphics knowledge/skills to create simple, compelling marketing collateral.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to partnership building and problem-solving.
- Understanding of or experience in targeting global markets (USA, Americas, Europe, India, China, Asia/Pacific regions).

Pay: ₹14, ₹70,723.37 per month
