Looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist (Female candidates are preferred) to be the first point of contact at Gift City office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing front-desk activities and handling incoming calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
- Supporting internal teams with basic office management tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate with good communication skills (English)
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks
- Pleasant personality and customer service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
