We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team at The Leela, with 1-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with special events and functions as needed.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures, is essential.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
• A graduate degree in any field is required.
