Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager/Lead
and
Expertise in AI Tools
to drive the entire digital marketing strategy for ReNote AI. The ideal candidate should be expertise across all major digital marketing channels, E-commerce, SaaS & Mobile Apps and AI-driven SEO. This role requires both
leadership ability to manage a team
and
hands-on execution skills
to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive
    digital marketing strategies
    to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
  • Manage and optimize
    e-commerce marketing campaigns
    to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Lead efforts in
    social media marketing (SMM), influencer collaborations, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing
    .
  • Drive
    AI-powered SEO strategies
    (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to achieve top rankings and high-quality traffic.
  • Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) for mobile app growth.
  • Oversee
    paid campaigns
    across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Build and lead a
    high-performing digital marketing team
    , mentoring members and ensuring individual and collective performance.
  • Leverage advanced
    digital marketing tools & analytics
    to monitor performance, optimize ROI, and deliver insights.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Explore and execute
    growth hacking strategies
    to scale user acquisition for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Expert in digital marketing tools like
    Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
  • Track KPIs, prepare marketing reports, and present ROI-driven insights to leadership.
  • Use AI & automation tools to optimize workflows and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (7–10 years) in
    digital marketing leadership roles
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    E-commerce marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    AI-driven SEO and advanced digital marketing tools
    (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation tools).
  • Experience running and scaling
    paid campaigns
    across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to
    lead, mentor, and manage a team
    , while also delivering individual performance.
  • Excellent understanding of
    growth hacking, conversion optimization, and performance marketing
    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    Mobile App Marketing (ASO, App Ads, Engagement strategies)
    .
  • Prior experience in SaaS or Tech-based product marketing.
