RESPONSIBILITIES

   1.0

PRODUCTION PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

1.1

Execution of weekly production plan in the Manufacturing and Filling and Packing area in the External preparation department.

1.2

Man power planning, over time planning and allocation of man power to ensure smooth running of production activities for the achievement of daily production target.

1.3

To ensure the execution of cGMP with production at shop floor.

1.4

Daily production planning and Overtime planning as per production requirement.

1.5

Review and Approval of weekly PPMC plan and production plan.

1.6

Preparation of production plan and filling of product availability report.

1.7

Review and submission of weekly production planning.

1.8

Monitoring of productivity norms and process deviation.

2.0

DOCUMENTATION :

2.1

Preparation of new SOPs and GMP documents, revision of SOPs and preparation of Training documents as and when required.

2.2

Initiation of Change control, Deviation and CAPA and assist Department In-charge in Failure investigation and Root cause analysis.

2.3

To impart  on job and class room training to the sub-ordinates

2.4

Maintain Summary report of training for Skilled manpower as well as Contract worker.

2.5

Execution of preventive maintenance schedule, fumigation schedule.

2.6

Handling, Storage and Calibration of Standard Weights, verification of load cells.

2.7

Online filling of all GMP documents.

2.8

Control and maintain rejection, wastage, reprocessing and ensure the yield as per standard yield norms and prepare monthly yield statement with justification for fewer yields.

   2.9

Batch manufacturing, filling and packing, carry out the IPQC activities, on line filling of Batch records, generation of wash water intimation slip.

  2.10

To carryout SAP related activities.

2.11

Monitoring and recording of environmental condition and Line Clearance.

2.12

In-Process control during various stages of manufacturing of finished product.\

3.0

CROSS FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY :

3.1

Execution of Preventive maintenance schedule, and Calibration schedule and to assist Engineering department.

3.2

To assist  the Quality     Assurance department during execution Process validation, Qualification  etc.

3.3

To investigate any problems related to product or machinery and inform to Dept. head about it.

3.4

Weekly Meeting With HOD (IPQA, QA HEAD) for CAPA and non-compliance observed by QA.

3.5

Additional RM/PM issuance review and send to QA for approval.

3.6

Review of compliance Report & IPQA reports for all production departments.

3.7

Review, control and approval of presence and leave of Employee.

3.8
