Bancassurance strategy & execution  In charge of executing efficient and aggressive business strategies and achieving the budget  Responsible for the top-line and bottom-line financial numbers  Estimating sales volume and profit for existing and new items (MCOR-Marginal Combined Operating Ratio)  Designing, implementing and executing strategies for continuous growth  In charge of the profitability management of the zone  Periodic reviewing of team performance and setting agendas  Responsible for managing a volume of 50 Crore  Responsible for the training needs of the team  Ensuring ample manpower requirements  Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition  Responsible for sourcing business from all the products that they manage as per the budget  Responsible for approximately direct reporting of 4 Area Sales Manager Engagement with channel  Maintaining team and channel relationship management and ensuring the same is adhered by the internal team members  Increasing engagement with Channel partners through product training, drives or contests and conducting Indoor/outdoor activities to get the required business numbers Coordination with internal & external team  Managing relationship across the bank internally & externally  Ensuring relationship management between Bancassurance and daily coordination with their internal team via huddle calls or one to one call Compliance & Adherence  Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement
