Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur

Salary: ₹ 25,000- ₹27,000 ( based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (

Shift-wise)

Work Mode: On-site

We are a 3-years-old growth agency catering primarily to international clients in the AI, Crypto and Gaming sectors. With a current team of 25, we're expanding rapidly and looking to add dynamic  individuals to help us take our organization to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Team Leader  oversees daily operations, assigns tasks, and monitors team performance to make operations smoother. They provide training, guidance, and motivation while maintaining clear communication between management and the team to ensure a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work actively in day-to-day operations alongside the team.
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff  to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members for performance improvement.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the team and management.
  • Handle conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 - 4 years of total experience, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory role in any agency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of Crypto and Gaming is a plus.
