Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong civil engineering background to drive growth in our structural repair and construction solutions business. The role focuses on key account management, strategic market expansion, and end-to-end sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage key accounts across contractors, consultants, PMC firms, and industrial clients

* Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

* Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure and post-sales support

* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical solution discussions

* Coordinate with technical, supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams

* Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools

* Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and brand-building activities

* Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development

Required Skills & Experience

* 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Key Account Management

* Strong B2B exposure in civil engineering, construction, structural repair, coatings, or related domains

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles

* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred); SAP exposure is an advantage

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic mindset

Educational Qualification

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred
