Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 
Business Development Manager (BDM)

with experience in 
international client acquisition

to join our team in 
Thane (Kolshet)

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 
IT staffing or consulting sales

, capable of building relationships with global clients and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire 
    new international and domestic clients

for IT staffing, consulting, and product development services.
- Develop and execute effective 
sales and business growth strategies
.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain 
strong client relationships
 with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Prepare and deliver customized 
business proposals, RFPs, and presentations
.
- Coordinate with the 
recruitment and delivery teams
 to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed 
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
- Stay updated with 
market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
.
- Participate in 
client meetings, vendor empanelments, and contract negotiations
.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
     in 
    Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
    .
  • 4–7 years of proven experience
     in 
    business development, client acquisition, or sales
     within the 
    IT staffing or consulting industry
    .
  • Mandatory experience

in 
international client acquisition

(US, UK, or Middle East markets preferred).
- Strong understanding of 
staff augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based services
.
- International Client
- Excellent 
communication, negotiation, and presentation
 skills.
- Ability to work 
independently and collaboratively
 in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in 
MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking
.
- Immediate joiners
 will be given preference.
- Must be 
comfortable working onsite
 at our 
Kolshet, Thane office
.
