Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Thane East
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and performance reviews as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales or a similar role
- Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
