Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thane. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, developing strategic plans, negotiating deals, and ensuring the achievement of business growth targets. The role also involves market research to identify trends, networking, managing client communications, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in relationship management and partnership building
- Experience in market research and deal negotiation
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the media or podcasting industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
