Role Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As a HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of job descriptions, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and helping to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for identifying and engaging with top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions and job postings.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings of resumes to identify top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate information in the ATS to ensure proper tracking and consistency throughout the hiring process.
- Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Help in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's degree holder or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to the recruitment process.
