About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in client acquisition, lead generation, and business relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be confident, eager to learn, and interested in understanding how the pest control and facility management industry operates.
Candidates who have basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or facility management/pest control services will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through calls, social media, networking, and field visits (if required).
Assist in developing business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets with accuracy.
Support the sales team in follow-ups, client coordination, and appointment scheduling.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Build strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Participate in business development meetings, client visits, and review discussions.
