Job Description:

  1. Develops, implements, manages and tracks effectiveness of an integrated program, including systems, standards, procedures, measures and tools to assure that food safety, quality, sanitation and regulatory requirements are met for food products and operations.

  2. Develops and delivers effective communications that provide partners at all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards, program updates and process changes.

  3. Lead the Food Safety and HACCP team at respective site

  4. Analysis quality metrics, customer feedback and workgroup input.

  5. Lead and Investigate root cause failure analysis of customer complaints

  6. Conduct statistical analysis of food safety and quality data to assess compliance with related points and determine where improvement is needed.

  7. Work with management, sales and customers as needed to understand and reduce product returns and complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions

  8. Assist in monitoring the results of raw material, in-process product, & finished product testing for compliance with specifications

9.Packaging Experiences:

Checking quality of packaging – making sure seals and dates are correct

Packaging and banding products onto skids properly

Measure, weigh and count parts to prepare for packaging.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety, or related technical field and 6-7 years FMCG relevant experience in Quality.

  2. Sound knowledge in safety regulations is a must.

  3. Stays up to date on industry trends and builds expertise in food product regulations, product liability, food safety, etc.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

  7. Good at Managing the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per year
