Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle basic administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist with correspondence to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Handle emails, calls, and general office communication
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
- Schedule meetings and maintain records
- Support data entry and basic reporting in Excel
- Assist in coordinating office activities and supplies
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous admin or office experience preferred
