Job Description

  • Conducting Market Research, Analyze requirements, Generate Leads, Developing New Customers, and Maintain Database.
  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve strategy.
  • Handel existing and new customers sales enquiry, Promptly resolving customer queries & concerns.
  • To develop & maintain a system to deliver consistent service experience to Existing & New customers.
  • Undertaking daily marketing tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the customer's response.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional items including product samples, covering letters, and courier correspondence.
  • Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media.
  • Draft marketing literature (brochures, presentations, etc) to augment the company's presence in the market.
  • Tele-calling and maintaining schedules for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Willing to travel to offsite promotional events or tasks.
  • Handling MIS / DBMS Software, Intranet, Automated Google Sheets, Google Drive, Emails, Online applications, etc.
  • Train to employees for automation and other related task for digitalization.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ·Min Qualification BA / BBA / BMS(Bachelor of Management Studies)

Qualities Required

  • Fluency in English Speaking
  • Knowledge of IT
