Position Name: Customer Support Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Salary: 13,000 to 15,000 (in hand) per month

About the Role:

We are hiring 4 female candidates for a Customer Support role. Freshers can apply. Good communication in Bengali & Hindi is required, along with basic English writing skills. Candidates must be comfortable with basic computer usage and email drafting.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Minimum Graduation (any stream)

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper resolution
  • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer
  • Make outbound follow-up, feedback, and confirmation calls
  • Meet performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on products, services, and company policies
