We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff efficiently, and maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff including chefs, servers, and housekeeping.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Manage cash flow, billing, and daily sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan promotions, special events, or offers to increase sales.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality and cost control.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
  • Basic accounting and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
