Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Noida. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes duties such as staff scheduling, inventory management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with suppliers. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for financial management, budgeting, and marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management, including scheduling and team leadership
• Skills in inventory management and procurement
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Marketing and promotional skills to drive restaurant sales
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in restaurant management
