About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate who is eager to grow their career in F&B SaaS sales. The role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in restaurant tech, POS, payment solutions, or SaaS sales who is hungry to learn, hit targets, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and approach potential restaurant, QSR, caf, and franchise clients.

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, events, and networking.

  • Product Demos & Pitches:

  • Conduct presentations and demos of POS, kiosks, or ordering solutions.

  • Understand customer requirements and position offerings effectively.

  • Sales & Closures:

  • Work with the Field Sales Manager to convert leads into paying customers.

  • Negotiate commercial terms with guidance from senior sales leadership.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of 1.5–2.5 Lakhs.

  • Customer Relationship Building:

  • Establish trust with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

  • Ensure a smooth handover of accounts to onboarding & customer success teams.

  • Market Insights:

  • Track competitor solutions like Petpooja, Rista, Torqus, Thrive, etc.

  • Share market feedback to improve sales strategy and product positioning.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of field sales experience in F&B SaaS, POS, payment solutions, or restaurant tech.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and convert leads.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, self-driven, and comfortable with daily field visits.
  • A learning mindset with eagerness to grow into a Sales Manager role.
