Responsibilities

·      Drive the people agenda for the front-line teams of the restaurants in partnership with business, training and Operations team

·      Own manpower planning (staffing and cost) & manpower availability

·      Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality and increase productivity and reduce attrition of frontline teams

·      Working on capability building and training of front-line team, managers and DM in partnership with training team

·      Conceptualize and drive employee engagement programs at restaurants

·      Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues as per company's disciplinary framework

·      Continuously challenge and improve existing processes and introduce new interventions for front-line team members

·      Should be open to extensive travel to all the restaurants

·      Should have idea about handling payroll and escalations and employee conflicts

Must have Idea about compliances, HRIS, handled a bigger base

Qualifications

·      MBA in Human Resource Management

· years' experience in managing large scale operations/ sales teams

·      Ability to analyse and solve problems for long term

·      Open to challenging the status quo

·      Analytical bent of mind
