Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at our Noida office. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations including maintaining HR policies, onboarding new hires, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management tasks. Responsibilities also include assisting in recruitment workflows, facilitating interviews, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The role provides opportunities for hands-on learning in HR management under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

  • A foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
  • Knowledge or experience in HR Management and HR Policies
  • Exposure to Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn within a dynamic, on-site setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is beneficial
  • Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
