Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including document collection, induction planning, and employee orientation.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
  • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly.
  • HR Operations:
    Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    Assist in processing payroll by collating attendance and leave records.
  • Support benefits enrollment and address employee queries regarding benefits.
  • Training and Development:
    Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing appropriate learning resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
