Role Description – Human Resources Manager (Noida, On-site)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 
Human Resources Manager
 located in 
Noida
. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations including employee recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention. The role also involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and handling performance appraisals and benefits programs.

Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to support 
client acquisition initiatives
, ensuring alignment between organizational growth and workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Foster positive employee relations and manage conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits and drive retention strategies.
  • Partner with business development teams to support 
    client acquisition goals
    , aligning HR planning with expansion needs.
  • Build a strong organizational culture that supports innovation, accountability, and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in 
    Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Retention
    .
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in 
    Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    Legal Compliance and Employment Law
    .
  • Expertise in 
    Performance Management and Benefits Administration
    .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in the 
    clean energy or manufacturing industry
     is an advantage.
  • Exposure to 
    client acquisition support or HR-business partnering
     preferred.
