Role & responsibilities

  • Understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Write job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
  • Actively search for candidates using various methods like LinkedIn, job portals, placement consultants and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews with HODs and manage the interview process.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Background and reference checks
  • Managing employee onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database for future job openings
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Administration of various benefits such as health insurance, personal accident policy
  • Continuously learning the new HR processes and adapting the industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
